Our architects design the villas to the client's individual requirements and obtain all the necessary planning and building permits. Our project management teams then supervise the construction.

In conjunction with DBD Villas’ talented architects and preferred construction teams, detailed designs become finished showpieces whilst interior décor, soft furnishings and sophisticated home automation also form part of Contemporary Villas’ à la carte services.
If acquiring a prime villa plot is a requirement, DBD Villas has its own portfolio of land for sale. All plots are selected for their potential for future contemporary builds. If your ideal plot is not within our existing portfolio then the DBD Villas team will source it for you.
